Other names : Inormata-Sumatran Pheasant, Hoogenwerfi-Aterjh Pheasant, Aceh Pheasant.

Sub sorts : Inormata pheasant is present at south west of sumatra.

Homeland : Sumatra

Description : This fowl has a little and short tail, and crest is absent. All parts of males are blueish black and they have red face and gray legs. Females are almost completely chestnut brown and have shiny thin stripes.

Reproduction time : during march and april.

Reproduction age : they achieve adolescense at 1-year age.

Annual egg number : 2.

Incubation period : Salvadori pheasants are rarely present in collections of fowl breeders. Hoogewerfs instead could have never been bred.
